I experienced the same with my three posts to debian-changes, this
morning. I looked at the bounce: it seems a problem with a subscriber
<scott.searle@futuredomain.net> whose domain is not well registered
(maybe they are changing ip addr?)

Anyway I think that postmaster@web20.ntx.net should not bounce mail to
the whole world :-)
