The problem is that the people in Africa wont have those most recent
developments in Floppy disks for years.
Floppies are quite unreliable. I certainly would not install a
distribution coming on over 100 floppy disks.
I think a minimal system would be nice(perhaps 10 Floppies?) but not the
whole distribution.
