Bug#4933: Several old elvis packages need to be deleted

The following have been replaced by elvis_2.0-5_i386.deb:
elviscmn_2.0-4.deb
elvisnox_2.0-4.deb
elvisx11_2.0-4.deb
These three old packages should be deleted from unstable/binary-i386/editors/
and since these old packages contained BETA software, they should also be
removed from stable/binary-i386/editors/ as well! This new version contains
release version 2.0, and repairs some packaging bugs.
