Bug#4695: iso-accents-mode eats Keys

I finally tried to duplicate this problem (regrettably, *after*
submitting it to bug-gnu-emacs) and I can't. I ran emacs -q, m-x
iso-accents-mode, put some text in the buffer, and verified that
PgUp, PgDn, Home, and End did exactly the right thing. ^h l
(view-lossage) shows that they are generating ESC [ 6 ~ and ESC [ 5 ~
(for example) which shouldn't be a problem.

Could you (1) send more information on what fails (including the ^h l
output from after each failure) (2) let me know if you're loading a
particular kbd map? in particular, the contents of /etc/kbd/config?

Thanks...
