Bug#3145: May 19 install floppies bug

I have a machine that I've been testing 1.1 installs on, it already had
the hds partitioned.  Whenever I started an install, it would default to
activiating swap.  Usually I took the default.

I decided to change the scheme, which changed all the partition
information.  When I went to activate swap, though, it was obvious that
it hadn't re-read the partition information, as it was presenting me with
an option to activate swap on a partition that _had_ been set to be swap,
but in fact no longer existed.
