Bug#3127: xforms demo's don't build

The demo-examples from xfroms don't build directly. This is cos of the
Makefile.
I removed the target demoprep from the end (also from the depency-list of
target 'all'). Furthermore I added -I/usr/X11R6/include to the CFLAGS and
-L/usr/X11R6/lib to LDFLAGS. This helped.
