Bug#3111: pgp-i doesn't create ~/.pgp

Package: pgp-i
Version: 2.6.2i-5

After installing pgp-i, I tried to generate a key and the key generation
process ended with:

Can't create output file '/home/arrouye/.pgp/secring.pgp'
Can't create output file '/home/arrouye/.pgp/pubring.pgp'

Creating ~/.pgp and trying again worked fine.
