Permission of the floppy devices

I think about changing the postinst script of fdutils to create the floppy
devices with mode 660, i.e. only group floppy is able to access the floppy.
If anyone thinks that not a good idea please tell me before I release the
package. Right now they are mode 666 which certainly is worse.
