German ispell
I finally found a German affix file and some dictionary files that work with
the latest ispell version. I take it igerman isn't maintained anymore, since
it doesn't work at all with the actual ispell version, it doesn't even
compile. Shall I go on and package the new dictionary? Or is anyone else
working on this? I will have to check the copyright before I do so. But I
think it might go into non-free immediately. Correct?
