Bug#2602: bsdutils contains files that sysvinit does as well

The only reason for the problem is that I haven't had time to release
a new bsdutils without mesg.

The sysvinit mesg is _far_ superior to the BSD one. Have you actually
read any of the BSD code?  It's absolutely vile: it's a miracle any of
it works!

I plan to release a new bsdutils, split into:

  bsdbaseutils
  bsdutils

The bsdbase utils will contain only the stuff needed for the base discs.

I'll close this bug report when I release the next bsdutils.
