Please, don't do it like that.  It'll be practically impossible to get
the dependencies and things right ...

Can't you make bsdutils be the base half and think of another name for
the nonessential bits ?  That won't break everyone's dependencies on
bsdutils and risk them replacing the important parts of their system
with trivial utilities ...
