new kernels coming

I am rebuilding both the 1.2.13 and 1.3.43 kernels.
New features:

	New BusLogic driver doesn't conflict with Adaptec, thus the default
	kernel will work for BusLogic cards.

	PPP updates.

	ELF configured into the kernel, not a module.
