The wiki seems to say svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-games/mrconfig¹
which works for me: you may need to set up your ssh access to alioth
in order to access it. Try <http://wiki.debian.org/Alioth/Svn>.
The mrconfig file was last updated in January.
