The process of downloading new levels prints URLs to stdout. In
general stdout is not connected to anything visible to the user so you
should probably print those to the window instead or only print them
to stdout when debug mode is enabled.
It would be nice if I could just press Esc a lot and have the game
quit back to the main menu and exit.
