Not only the spirit of the game, but it should also be representative
of what they will find in it. If the cover is really more
representative of what they will really find in the game, then it's OK
for me. If it has a really cool 3D raytraced image as a cover, and
then the game is 2D platforms with sprites, as representative as it
might be of the spirit of the game, I'd go for the latter. I think we
have to get the decision on a per-game basis.

At some point in the future we might want to implement a proper
screenshot system for Debian. We extensively talked about it in latest
DebConf, and it might take a while to be designed. The thumbnails for
GoPlay! are just a minimal implementation of something that can be
shown, I wouldn't get it too complex. I'm a bit concerned about the
size it can get, otherwise I could even add some small video capture
of the games and such nice things.

Right, that's my main concern.

It could be a possibility. As I said about screenshot system, we
should think about it and decide on a global design and code libraries
to manage it. Better to think first and code later. If you're
interested, we can go ahead along that line, anyway. We just have to
start a mail thread on that and open some wiki page for discussion.

I don't have a clean source from where I can get the full name of the
game. Any ideas?

I agree. Right now the problem is a technical one.

Still in the TODO list.

Right. That's planned for the future, step by step. Anyone willing to
help with the code is welcome, I'm just so extremelly busy these days
that I cannot do as much as I'd like.
