RFS: trigger and trigger-data

Hi folks,

I am looking for a sponsor for trigger and trigger-data. I added a very quick 
and hackish script trigger.sh and trigger-data.sh to scripts, that should 
create a full sourcepackage (if all goes right). 
Eventually you'll have to adjust (or delete) SVNUSER right at the top of the 
script.
