I might be forgetting some facts, but that sounds right.

Build just finished and erred as expected.  I'll give you the tail of the 
file, just let me know if you'd like the entirety.

I should probably examine the Git history, but in priciple I believe it should 
be possible to either make a "348" -2 with backported zero-ice ABI fixes and 
hardcoding use of gcc 4.6, or a "349" -3 with added libcelt support.

However if we decide to go in this direction while upstream plans to re-enable 
Speex, we should probably also consider whether to try to re-enable Speex for 
interoperability.
