I agree with you completely!  I just don't think we need the full weight of
the Tech Ctte to resolve this. :)  If you need further intervention from us,
please let us know.  For my part, I expect that Alexander's orphaning will
be sufficient.

If he's abusing the mailing list, you can of course report this to
listmaster@lists.debian.org.
