Well when it comes down to it, /I/ don't like the way our mailing list is
run; I think mails sent to bugs assigned to the tech-ctte should be
unconditionally allowed through to the list, and this seems to not be the
case.  The alternative, if I want to be assured of getting copies of any
mails sent to TC bugs, is to use the PTS to subscribe to the tech-ctte
package in addition to being normally subscribed to debian-ctte and doubly
subscribed via the TC forced subscription.
