中文邮件列表的订阅者大部分都是能够阅读中文的用户，而对阅读其他语言未必能
够如同阅读中文那么容易。开放这个邮件列表的目的是为了方便中文用户的交流。
类似的讨论在简体中文和繁体中文列表合并的讨论中也提及过[1]。
