What mirror/path did you use?
All primary amd64 mirrors do have /debian and /debian-amd64, secondary
mirrors only have /debian-amd64 (which makes them secondary). The only
differece is that /debian-amd64 contains symlinks for all files common
with debian. This reduces mirror space by some 18Gb.
Example: On amd64.debian.net (master)
0968d8db3a18e713c666642c01084843 debian-amd64/pool/main/x/xfree86/xlibmesa-gl-dev_4.3.0.dfsg.1-14_amd64.deb
0968d8db3a18e713c666642c01084843 debian/pool/main/x/xfree86/xlibmesa-gl-dev_4.3.0.dfsg.1-14_amd64.deb
[they have the same inode in fact]
Any mirror/path that has amd64 debs in it should contain all amd64
debs and all of them correct. Anything else is a bug and needs fixing.
