ah, correction, there is even a mialinglist (debian-mirrors) but,
don't know if there are mirror maintainers on it. i am not, so,
don't count on it, but probably a new start.
maybe you even have done that, haven't checked the archives yet
and it's just blabla what i am writing ;).
