I would rather that MULTIBOOT not be used.  I put
that code in there for testing, and it appears that only
a small percentage of the BIOS's support multiple boot
ISO9660 image selection.  

Although it does follow the ISO9660 standard, the great
thing about standards, is that there are so many of them ... ;-/
