Uuups, sorry for extra work!
I indeed failed to set the 1.199 tag correctly, should point to commit
e5478f09e5894450893612b4b6d66b79593d986d.
(Feel free to fix that tag, or remove the old one, so I can set it correctly;
as you prefer.)
Which is why there are some changelog entries missing now, as you
already mentioned :-(
However, the list from translations.txt was also not complete, it is
lacking the entries from commit ba1b9b5098a9f9de0eec0e284c08e97626c75f6e
So, here is a complete diff, to get all that clean now:
