quote tags are shown as entity in Greek pdf,
<quote>whatever</quote> becomes &#x201C;whatever&#x201D;
e.g. page viii:
 64-bit PC (&#x201C;amd64&#x201D;). 

in .../dblatex/xsl/common/el.xml, some definitions are double-escaped like:
..dingbat ...startquote... &amp;#x201C;
(see around line 200+)

this is dblatex bug: it uses almost-decade-ago files;
docbook-xsl has updated files.
