quote tags are shown as entity in Greek pdf,
<quote>whatever</quote> becomes “whatever”
e.g. page viii:
64-bit PC (“amd64”).
in .../dblatex/xsl/common/el.xml, some definitions are double-escaped like:
..dingbat ...startquote... &#x201C;
(see around line 200+)
this is dblatex bug: it uses almost-decade-ago files;
docbook-xsl has updated files.
