it seems the folder is a repo that need to update "Packages" file.
do you know how to do it?

I cloned screen's git repo, and made some changes to let it make udeb:
https://github.com/rogers0/screen/tree/test_udeb
I'll try it when I find way to do with "build/localudebs/"
