Yes I am also strapped for time, but I will try to do it on the weekend
or maybe before if I force some time. I lack your knowledge but I will
give it a shot. If I can find these scripts.

Someone early proposed that the nic is on a pci bridge, but its not, I
am using the on board nic.
Something else:
I also tried with:
install interface=eth0
that did not work, only
install interface=eth1
works. Which is weird considering while booting up after install it
states:
eth0 up
