The sad truth is, that you (Sven) have made me (and others) turn away from wanting to contribute to d-i cause I'm sick of your whining, flames, abuse and whatnot. More than once I was motivated to work on powerpc issues and the ppc-manual, but each time I looked into d-i I saw very disgusting and tiring arguments or just plain flames which you (Sven) brought up, so that usually after reading them I got fed up and did something else. (In the beginning I also tried to moderate/help/proxy whatnot, but after trying and seeing my efforts wasted by you, I gave up.) Now I happily contribute to powerpc in debian-edu. (Through that I came back to work a bit on d-i again.) I now have you on ignore on IRC and mark your mails automatically as read. This really helps to be able to concentrate and work. But as I am again now wasting my time again on your stupid "mission" (though only 5mins for this mail) I am seriously thinking about marking all mails as read which refer to any msgid of yours. Sven, you hurt the powerpc port more than anybody else. regards, Holger P.S.: To be fair (or rather clear), Sven, I dont think it's 100% your fault. But something like 70-90%. And on the "other side" there isn't Frans only but most of the d-i team. P.P.S.: I haven't read your mail completly. I read 50-200 mails from you on this topic already and I doubt there is anything new in it. EOT for me.
