Is disabling linux-input really a reasonable workaround? We tried this for
i386 for a while, but after the switch to 2.8 GTK libs, this broke mouse
support in vmware.
I concur with Fransś opinion here, it would be much better to actually fix
linux-input, which should be easier to do than the graphical part.
I cannot help though, as i have no affected hardware.
