Extremadura 2006: more details

Hi,
back with some more infos by the organizers; I hope this will
cover most of the questions I've been asked during these days.

Tickets
-------

* Local organizers take care of booking the tickets: attendees will
receive an electronic ticket number via email; this ticket code,
and the passport are all you need in the check-in area.

**********************************************************************
* names, birthdays etc given in the booking and in the passport must *
* match *exactly*. Order of names, spelling, capitalisation etc do *
* make a difference. if they don't match people seem to be rather *
* unflexible -> no ticket					     *
**********************************************************************

*** I will double check your personal details ***

* If you're not traveling alone (wife/children/friend/whoever)
it's going to be easier if you book the ticket by yourself and
you will be refunded. Reimbursement can take between 1-3 months.

They could buy the attendee ticket and then the attendee can see if
he can get a ticket in the same flight. This is risky, however.

Visas
-----

Don't need any visa any person coming for less than three months, from
the following countries:

Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bolivia, Brasil, Brunei,
Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Chipre, Costa Rica, Croacia, El Salvador,
Eslovaquia, Eslovenia, Estados Unidos, Estonia, Guatemala, Honduras,
Hungria, Islandia, Israel, Japan, Letonia, Liechtenstein, Lituania,
Malasia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Nicaragua, Noruega, Nueva Zelanda,
Panama, Paraguay, Polonia, Republica Checa, Republica de Corea,
Rumania, San Marino, Santa Sede, Singapur, Suiza, Uruguay, Venezuela,
regiones administrativas especiales de la Republica Popular China de
Hong Kong y Macao and European Union countries.

Any other situation requires a visa, indeed.

Accomodations
-------------

The place have 11 rooms, 2 of them are individuals with facilities for
disabled people, in two floors. Most of the rooms are triple. I think
there's only one double. So, the maximum capacity is 28 people. In
this case, since we're fewer than that, we can accomodate two people
in each room. Each room has its own bathroom, with shower, etc. The
climatization is central in the building. Each room also has chairs
and a work table, phone and TV. You can see the details (in spanish)
in [1].

Organizers will look for hotels, prices, etc, and recommend them,
just in case you're not traveling alone; such links will most likely
be added to the wiki page [2].

Tickets are top priority, so let's sort them out first and we'll
figure out a way to handle all other matters.

Ciao,
Davide
