That was the point. I think that no-one seriously thinks about
changing the default locale for whatever language in sarge *now*
unless wanting to try new torture methods which could then come in
Joey's mind...:-)
But, well, I suspect that a topic such as the default locale has to be
discussed early enough for the transition to be as smooth as possible.
