I reported this as #237410.  It seams like libparted does not rely only
on its own data structures but also on data that is on the disk.
Probably thats why libparted can not edit partition tables that do not
exist on the disk.

What about a script in init.d a script that runs only once and creates a
new partition table? Ofcource this is for testing only.  The right fix
is to fix libparted.
