Bug#269529: OldWorld pmac installation -- several problems

I booted via BootX. 

I installed from the sarge powerpc businesscard CD.

For the install, I used the kernel from the CD at
"install/powerpc/vmlinux", and the initrd from the CD at
"install/powerpc/initrd.gz"

I got the iso from here:
