Bug#236122: debian installer report

Hi Martin,

I've download the i386 iso file and test it.
Everything seems to work fine now. I didn't install the system because I have already installed a testing debian by upgrading a woody.

With the ash shell I didn't found the lspci command.
So I run the lsmod and I can see that sk98lin is loaded and when I execute ifconfig, eth0 is up with a correct ip ...
Now I can check my partition with the partman tool.

It works so fine that I'm wondering to my self if I should reinstall the system .
Thanks a lot.
Jerome.

When I try to partition my HDD, the installer do not want to lunch,
and when I want to mount existing partition the installer do
nothing. Also when I want to load the network module for my
integrated network card 3com 1000 (module sk98lin) it failed.An
other module failed to load, it is the ide-scsi .

Can you please try a new image from
http://gluck.debian.org/cdimage/testing/sarge_d-i/ and let me know if
any of these issues are still there. Also, is that network card not
recognized automatically? If so, can you send me the output of:
 lspci
 lspci -n
