Hmm, I think this isn't covered by #226200.
Czech locale is "cs_CZ", and validlocale says "cs_CZ ISO-8859-2".
When charset is ISO-8859-2, termwrap simply runs 'charset G0 iso02'
for console setting.

I suspect this doesn't suite for Czech.

Here are other languages using ISO-8859-2.
bs_BA, hr_HR, hu_HU, pl_PL, ro_RO, sk_SK,  sl_SI, sr_YU
How about these languages?
