Bug#167240: BF2.4 installer kernel should NOT use VGA16 FB by default.

I got complaints from different people, allways SiS and a friend of mine
has a such beast where I could play around with.

Yes, please look in the language list some lines below.

bterm is used, an UTF-8 terminal emulator runnin on top of the
framebuffer.

IIRC they do. Well, we could make it more precise, since a newbie would
not associate "framebuffer" with "screen failure".
