Still some problems with CLEAR in bterm and dbootstrap

Hi,
there still are some problems with dbootstrap and CLEAR in utf-8 mode.

I did several installations of bf 3.0.21 (idepci flavor), with
French/France mode.

I did a installation under vmware and I took some screnshoots:

There is also a CLEAR problem when you insert a module, screen is not
cleared.
