reiserfs is _big_ when compiled statically into the kernel.

soif reiserfs is simply added to the kernel, evenwith bzImage, it it too
large. this requires things to be taken out. to minimize impact, i have
made it a seperate flavour, considiering that ReiserFS needs to be
patched into the linux.org kernel anyway.
