Nothing else. That's the very point of Debian Pure Blends. Goal is absorbtion. :-) So whatever works for Debian works for Debian Pure Blends - and conversely whatever fails when applied to a Debian Pure Blend please simply report that as a bug same as if you'd applied it to any other subset of Debian. (non-pure Debian Blends are a different matter: I still recommend to report bugs, but make sure to mention in your bugreport that you are doing stuff that is not purely Debian - as it may affect debugging). I suggest you to use debian-live (i.e. Debian package "live-build"). And file bugreports against debian-live if that does not work for a Debian Pure Blend.
