Normaly it should be also fixed in this version for etch since you run 
/etc/cron.daily/spamassassin, wich does a sa-update, and the latest
update from yesterday morning comes with a new version of 72_active.cf

$ grep FH_DATE_PAST_20XX /var/lib/spamassassin/3.002005/updates_spamassassin_org/72_active.cf
