 FWIW, php isn't in main/restricted of ubuntu so it's not covered by the
security team and security support for universe is done as best effort
by the MOTUs from what I got told. Given that security support becomes
rather tricky when upstream doesn't support it anymore I wouldn't bet on
too good support there, to be honest.
