The reroducible build is not that relevant; more important are the
regular buildds (which also fail in the moment):

As fas as I can see, this is because of a wrong dependency in
libgdk-pixbuf2.0-dev, similar to

https://bugs.debian.org/820095
https://bugs.debian.org/819779

I would just stay patient about this and hope a fixed version is
uploaded soon.
