I could not figure out what happened in the log. I guess it is exclusive
to buildd, because I could not reproduce it on my local box.
I'll try pbuilder to isolate to problem.
One more note, I can see bug 758975
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=758975
still affects the doxygen pass. On my own box, the doxygen is
downgraded to 1.8.7-3.
