Not sure in which way these data points are relevant. A "60hz limit" is
not a defect, AFAIK, and you're comparing Debian on a Pinebook to
Raspbian on a rpi3, whereas AFAIK the message to which I was responding
was arguing (IIUC) that Debian-on-rpi3 has a problem with the GPU
because it doesn't include the mali driver.
If you hit a 60hz limit on the Pinebook it shows that there *is* a driver
for its GPU.
