I asked him that just a moment after I hit the "send" button.
He's running stable with kernel 2.4.18-rmk5-nw1, and he did build it
himself from source. He never tried the debian binary.
I'd offer to test this for you but I have formatted over my debian ARM
box so it could be used in my autobuilder for another project...
