I'm afraid it's not possible, as Lotus Notes is a non-free email/collaboration 
suite from IBM:
http://www-01.ibm.com/software/lotus

But now i got curious, Christopher.
Why do you want to use it ? Does none of the FLOSS collaboration suites like 
'egroupware' and such fulfill your needs ?
