tcmplex-panteltje is available at
http://ip51cf87c4.direct-adsl.nl/panteltje/dvd/. The other link is dead.
I just started burning DVD's and I was using mplex. While that works
most of the time, it was also ginving me errors like:

++ WARN: [mplex] Video e0: buf= 233219 frame=001980 sector=00007889
++ WARN: [mplex] Audio c0: buf= 4096 frame=002985 sector=00000749
**ERROR: [mplex] Too many frame drops -exiting

tcmplex didn't complain when processing the same file.
