You to put the 32 bit library locations in your /etc/ld.so.conf.  And
you have to have the 32 bit ldd installed.  For that copy or symlink
/var//chroot/sarge-ia32/lib/ld-2.3.2.so to /lib/ld-linux.so.2.  Then
run ldconfig.
