It really would be helpful if you could say something more about this
"locked up again". Anything in log files? Can you get something, like
a list of processes and their status, with "magic sysrq" keys? Or maybe
you can log on a serial console? Or even a more precise description
what this "lock up" really means. "Does not work" is not particularly
telling if somebody is trying to track the problem.
