Please download dconfig (http://www.debian.org/~grisu/dconfig/) and play
with it.

The debian menu system has a need tag and with a need=dconfig, the
Programs aren't show in the user window manager menus.

Only in 'spezial' dconfig Programs.

Show dconfig. This is a simple text program, that show only config
tools.
